1. Separate the parts: Separate the earplugs, sound guide tubes and chestpieces.
2. Clean the earplugs: Gently wipe the earplugs with a soft damp cloth dipped in 75% alcohol to remove dirt and grease.
3. Clean the sound guide tube: Use mild soapy water or a special cleaning solution to moisten a soft cloth and gently wipe the outside of the sound guide tube. Be careful not to let liquid enter the tube.
4. Clean the chestpiece: If it is a membrane-type chestpiece, gently wipe the membrane surface with an alcohol cotton swab; if it is a bell-type chestpiece, wipe the outside with a damp cloth.
5. Rinse and dry: Rinse the wiped parts with clean water, and then wipe dry with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth.

1. Avoid pulling: Avoid excessive pulling on the sound guide tube and earplug wire during use and storage to prevent damage.
2. Prevent squeezing: Do not put heavy objects on the stethoscope to avoid deformation.
3. Proper storage: Place the stethoscope in a dedicated box or bag to avoid contact with sharp objects.
4. Regular inspection: Check the earplugs, sound guide tubes and chestpieces regularly for signs of damage, aging or looseness.
5. Avoid high temperature and humidity: Do not expose the stethoscope to high temperature, humidity or extreme environments, which may affect its performance and life.
